We would like to register our company’s glossary in advance. Is that possible?
This can be done by uploading your files to the system. Please prepare the original Word documents of the financial results from previous years.
Is there a monthly fee?
You purchase usage rights based on the number of characters used. There are no fixed monthly fees.
How is the character count calculated?
We will count the number of Japanese characters in the uploaded documents. However, there will be no translation fee for sections that are identical to previous texts or consist only of numbers and symbols commonly found in the tables of financial reports.
What happens if I cancel the contract midway through?
Please contact the person who was in charge during your contract signing. They will guide you through the procedure. Please note that no refunds will be given upon cancellation, even if you haven’t reached your character limit.
What languages does SwiftBridge AI support?
